What My Yoga Workshop Reminded Me
In this episode, I reflect on a recent yoga workshop that reminded me of the power of continued learning, community, and personal growth. What began as a day focused on alignment and adjustments became a powerful reminder of why I started this journey in the first place. I share lessons from the workshop, the inspiring connections I made, and how the experience left me feeling empowered and more confident in my path as a yoga teacher. Join me for a conversation about staying open to growth, embracing the role of student, and trusting the unfolding journey. 💜 Substack: https://kristennaclerio.substack.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/breatheeasy914/
The Magic of Momentum
For a long time, I felt like I was planting seeds without knowing when—or if—they would bloom. Between yoga teacher training, building Breathe Easy Meditation, creating content, and pursuing new opportunities, much of the journey required faith and patience. Recently, I've begun to experience something powerful: momentum. In this episode, I'm sharing reflections on growth, gratitude, community, and what happens when small, consistent actions begin to create meaningful opportunities. From new partnerships and teaching opportunities to the lessons I'm learning along the way, this conversation is a reminder that progress often happens quietly before it becomes visible. If you've been working toward something and wondering if your efforts are making a difference, this episode is for you. 🌱 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/breatheeasy914/ Substack: https://kristennaclerio.substack.com/ Website: https://www.mybreatheeasymeditation.com/
Building Community and Finding Alignment
In this episode, I reflect on what it means to build a life that feels more aligned through community, connection, and new opportunities. From hosting my housewarming and finally feeling more at home, to stepping deeper into the wellness space through yoga collaborations and mentorship, this season has reminded me that growth often happens organically. I talk about trusting the process, saying yes to opportunities that feel aligned, and how healing can come through authentic relationships and shared experiences. If you’re in a season of rebuilding, rediscovering yourself, or creating a new path, this episode is for you. Grief, Growth, and New Beginnings
Hi friends. I know I’ve been gone for a while. Life changed a lot, very quickly. In this episode, I’m opening up about everything that’s happened behind the scenes — losing Leo, navigating grief, moving into a new house, and unexpectedly welcoming a new rescue puppy into our lives. This season has felt heavy, emotional, messy, and also strangely beautiful at times. I talk about what grief actually looks like when life keeps moving, how a new environment can feel both exciting and disorienting, and the complicated emotions that come with loving a new dog while still deeply missing another. This isn’t an episode about having it all figured out. It’s about settling in. Into a home. Into change. Into a version of yourself that’s still healing. If you’ve ever felt like life pulled you away for a bit — this one’s for you. 🤍
Showing Up Without External Validation
What does it mean to show up when there’s no immediate feedback, no full room, and no clear sign that what you’re doing is “working”? In this episode, I share what it’s been like stepping into teaching and hosting Breathe Easy events while still building—navigating moments of doubt, quiet rooms, and learning how to move forward without relying on external validation. This is a conversation about self-trust, consistency, and choosing to show up even when things feel small. You Can't Force What is Meant For You
In this episode, Kristen reflects on the tension between effort and surrender during seasons of transition. From submitting offers on houses to stepping into a new studio teaching opportunity — while navigating a career change — she explores what it means to take aligned action without forcing outcomes. A vulnerable conversation about uncertainty, identity shifts, nervous system regulation, and trusting your path even when the timeline isn’t fully clear. The episode closes with a grounding breath practice to support anyone living in the in-between. Community Is Fragile: While We’re Still Here
Lately, reconnecting with family and friends has reminded me just how fragile life really is. In this episode, I reflect on the quiet moments — long conversations, familiar laughter, shared meals — that have gently brought me back to what truly matters. We talk about the illusion of “later,” the healing power of community, and how remembering that nothing is guaranteed can actually deepen our gratitude and presence. This isn’t about fear — it’s about clarity. About choosing connection now. Life is fragile. Stay close. 🌿✨ Community Event 3/1: https://www.signupgenuis.com/go/10C094CABAA2FAAFCCE9-62234732-breathe Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/breatheeasy2024/ Substack: https://kristennaclerio.substack.com/
Finding Calm in the Chaos
In this episode, I’m sharing a gentle reflection after our 2/1 community yoga gathering. Holding space for others is something that fills me up deeply—but it can also leave me feeling emotionally and physically exhausted afterward. Today, I’m talking honestly about that post-event tiredness, why it doesn’t mean anything went wrong, and how I’m learning to honor rest without guilt. We explore what it looks like to find calm inside the chaos of everyday life—not by slowing everything down, but by creating small moments of grounding, softness, and self-trust. This episode is an invitation to breathe, integrate, and meet yourself with compassion after meaningful moments. If you’ve been feeling tired after showing up fully for others, this one’s for you. The Gift of a Forced Pause:What a Snowstorm Reminded Me About Time, Presence, and Life Being Short
In this episode, I reflect on an unexpected forced pause caused by a New York snowstorm—and how it gently reminded me what truly matters. With nowhere to be, the day slowed down in the best way. I spent time cooking comfort food, making my first frittata, simmering lasagna soup, reading The Thursday Murder Club, decluttering small spaces in my home, and enjoying unstructured, meaningful time with my husband—including a quiet drive around our snowy neighborhood. What began as an interruption became a reminder that life is fleeting, and that the smallest, simplest moments are often the most meaningful. This episode is an invitation to honor pauses, embrace presence, and remember that life is very short—so living gently and intentionally matters. Community Yoga Event 2/1 at 7PM EST (Click HERE!)
