OneSpan to acquire Build38 to strengthen mobile app protection as AI-driven attacks and mobile threats rise

OneSpan ($OSPN) agreed to acquire Build38 to enhance its App Shielding with SDK-based, in-app protection plus cloud and AI-driven defenses, including Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP). OneSpan says the deal should close by March 2026, subject to approvals.
