Sand Creek Massacre Pt.2 Ep. 12

We get into some of the actual accounts of soldiers and Natives alike - who were present during the events at Sand Creek. Wrapping this topic up is very difficult in our typical 45-60min format. We implore you, if you found this topic as gripping as we did, to continue looking into it. Cheers! Disclaimer: The excerpt's used in this episode are cited verbally. However, we want to give credit where credit is due! The book we are citing the accounts of the massacre from is "A Misplaced Massacre -Struggling over the Memory of Sand Creek" by Ari Kelman. We are not historians, we love colorado history, learning, talking, and hopefully inspiring others to dive into subjects that may not be 'popular' history subjects.
