This idea of "Praying for Peace... Piece by Piece" came out in my Winter 2026 Quiet Hypomanic Episode of my Bipolar Disorder ... as I reflect back on so many things that emerged from my "brain that had gone rogue" as I call it, I see so much of it through a different lens.... and I realize, even thought I felt it was making sense and applied to that time of my life (and in some ways it did) ... it is even more prominent in my life right now. I share bits and pieces of how hyper-spending and hyper-journaling were a big part of this last episode of my illness ... but somehow ... they both ended up being major parts of the story I am able to tell now ... So, I hope you find something in this episode that you can take with you .... because after all, I am here sharing my story ... to change yours. Thanks for Listening. Alana
Guys! Welcome to Bipolar, Grief & God. I cannot even tell you how excited I am... because this idea literally came to me last night out of nowhere (as they usually do). I won't bore you with the entire story... but if you are brand new here, just read the "About" section of this podcast, and then by listening to this QUICK 8 minute episode ... you should be up to speed.
