Thus far, we now have at the very least a much better idea of “where” Magog is and “who” its people are (those of Meshech and Tubal).  Though we have no specific identity in today’s terms, we know that in terms of role and function, this person identified and singled out by God as “Gog” is or, serves as none other than the ‘head’ or ‘first’ over the ‘princes’ and ‘chiefs’, or ‘leaders’ of the states, (sections or regions) of the land of Magog known as Meshech and Tubal.
