Note sull'episodio
Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we still say, “Never Forget.” But have we remembered what that day taught us?
In this special episode of Beyond Sunday, Pastor Michael reflects on how quickly our priorities changed after 9/11—and how easily comfort allowed them to change back. From Deuteronomy 8, we’re reminded of an ancient warning that still speaks today: “Beware that you do not forget the LORD your God.”
We’ll consider the danger of “crisis faith,” why comfort may be one of the greatest tests of our dependence on God, and what Never Forget should mean for followers of Jesus 25 years later.
Life can change quickly. People matter. Eternity matters. And we need God just as desperately on an ordinary day as we do on the worst day of our lives.
