Chapter 4 — Return Home

Riku Hayashi finally returns to Okinawa.

But he does not come back alone.

When Sara Redmere follows him through the threshold, the feared Scarlet Blade awakens beneath the lights, traffic, and rain-soaked streets of modern Japan. Cars, vending machines, police, apartments, and ordinary people become dangers neither of them are ready for.
