If you're in the restaurant industry - or in any service based industry... you know that it's a completely different world in the outside world and in the kitchen. Here are 5 things that I've learned from the service based industry that you could apply into your life to become the best version of yourself that you could be. "Doing More Better?"

We always ask ourselves how can we do better... and unfortunately, it's usually results in overworking and trying to work harder to reach this image that we've created of us. This is why "dreams" are never able to turn into reality for many people. Is doing more better? Or is doing better, more?

"Stoicism" Part 2

The second episode of the continuation of my study and adventures into Stoicism and how to become more stoic! So far, I have already seen improvement and happiness in my work, academic, romantic, and personal life and I am excited to share these 5 extra stoic-traits with you!

"Stoicism" Part 1

A once sought after philosophy during ancient times... stoicism has created some of the world's most influential and admired leaders in history. You don't have to be an old Greek guy or a 5 star general to be a "stoic". You just have to perform some of the philosophies and lifestyles of what some of the stoics did to really become the best version that you can be.

"Dear COIVD-19, F*** You"

Yeah... you guessed it. I had COVID-19. But my reactions, symptoms and overall experience may surprise you... Let me know if you are also a fellow COVID-19 Alumni (totally meant that as light humor - please don't be offended).

"Stu-Dying"

In this podcast, I decide to open up the conversation by revealing why WE CAN'T STUDY! No matter how hard we try, studying was never a strong suit for anyone. After all, the word "dying" is in there for crying out loud! I not only talk about the struggles and difficulties of studying - but I also talk about HOW we can defeat this negativity and develop healthy habits for our education and academics!

"Hoopin & Dreamin" ft. Minh Tran

If you are reading this description, I want you to think of somebody in your life that has been with you since day 1 - someone that pushed you to become the best version you can be - someone that you fought with because you love them and want the best for them. This person for me, was none other than, Minh Tran. The journey of becoming my rival at school - to then being my roommate during college - to becoming my brother for life. If you're a basketball fan - this episode is going to hit you hard.
