Note sull'episodio

"No" Is A Complete Sentence (And Yes, There Will Be Consequences)

You don't owe anyone an explanation, especially if they've shown they don't care about your feelings. Cool, bad boss gets a No. The hard part isn't saying it. It's standing there afterward while the room reacts. This one is about saying no clean and facing whatever comes next with your chin up.

🚫 Why "No" Feels So Heavy: You were trained to soften it, apologize for it, bury it under reasons so nobody gets upset. Bad bosses love that, because a no they can argue with was never a real no. The fear isn't the word. It's the fallout.

The "No" Phrases: Pure No: "I can't take that on." Capacity No: "I'm at capacity." Boundary No: "I don't work past 6." Redirect No: "That's [Person]'s area." Alternative No: "I can do X, not Y."

What NOT to Add: "I'm sorry, but..." Β ...Β
