Episode 18: Parkour Through the World Duty Free - Travel

This week, the milfs are discussing a very topical theme given that we have now entered our summer holiday era (thoughts and prayers are welcome). That's right lads, we are discussing travel - the planes, trains and automobiles of it all. From car narcolepsy to train breakfast picnics, to the pure unadulterated torture of being locked in a metal tube for several hours with our children we have a LOT to say. If you're taking your kids on holiday this summer, good luck!Follow us on the socials:@amateurmilfsociety on insta/tiktok@amateurmilfsoc on twitterHonourable mentions on this week's pod include the incomparable @maequinntattoo on instagram for the wonderful decorations she's been putting on our bods recently. If you want a stunning tattoo in leicester, hit her up!

Episode 17: A Gang of Cavewomen - It Takes a Village

We've stumbled through life, from evolution to the industrial revolution, where the whole village looked after all the children but now that huge burden of responsibility falls to (mainly) mums. This week we talk all things community - building a village to take the pressure off a little bit. Do you have a village? Do you wish you had one? Let us know! We're plugging a few things this week: Parents Create and the kids can't escape (see @rosieandramonamake on instagram for details) and the potential for a Big MILF night out - get in touch if you'd be up for it!Follow us on the socials:@amateurmilfsociety on insta/tiktok@amateurmilfsoc on twitter

Episode 16: I feel guiltier than a serial killer - Mum Guilt/Mum Rage

This week, the MILFs are chatting the delightful new feelings that you unlock upon having children - mum guilt and mum rage. The list of things you can't feel guilty about is longer than the bible. We dive into boundaries, triggers and how pathetic it feels when you get into an argument with a small person who can't even formulate full sentences yet. We really want to grow our community, so please head over to the socials and drop us a follow!Instagram: @amateurmilfsocietyTiktok: @amateurmilfsocietyTwitter: @amateurmilfsocOnce again, thank you all so much for listening x

Episode 15: The Terrorism Twos - Toddlers and Tantrums

This week, Sinead discusses the merit of choosing a summer fling based on whether or not they have a Dyson fan. In other news, we are talking about teething, toddlers and the terrorism twos. For human beings who are delivered anything they desire on a platter, two years are CONSTANTLY CONSUMED BY RAGE. Flailing of limbs, gnashing of teeth, screaming like they're being exorcised - all very normal (also, extremely fucking annoying). Also, why do toddlers insist on doing everything for themselves despite being quite shit at everything?CAUTION for headphone users; theres a bit of shouting this week. Also, our apologies for the sound of a band playing in the background for the entirety of this episode. We would absolutely love to grow our wonderful lovely community of milfs and milf adjacent folk, so we would really appreciate it if you dropped us a follow on any/all of our social medias, and shared our stuff/recommended us to a friend/stood on a rooftop and screamed about your love for our podcast baby.Insta: @amateurmilfsocietyTwitter: @amateurmilfsocTwitter: @amateurmilfsociety

Episode 14: Do you play the beating game? - Sleep

This week, the MILFs are discussing the one thing that consumes all your thoughts and actions for the first approximately two years of your child's life. We cover Darcie's eccentric aristocrat nighttime routine, co-sleeping, scandinavian napping habits, how moses baskets are unfit for purpose given that we don't live in fucking biblical times and the surprising realisation that babies are in fact human beings.Sinead is nearing the end of her hangover era so please anticipate more sense coming out of her mouth in upcoming episodes.Check out @littlenestsleep on instagram if you have a small baby and you're in the trenches right now.Thank you all for listening to The Amateur MILF Society, if you enjoy our pod, please recommend us to basically anyone who will listen, share our stuff on the socials and give us a follow!Insta: @amateurmilfsocietyTwitter: @amateurmilfsocTiktok: @amateurmilfsociety

Episode 13: Not One for the Emetophobes - Illnesses and Injuries

BIG FAT TRIGGER WARNING: PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS IF YOU ARE EMETOPHOBIC! Graphic, gratuitous and egregious discussions of sick!!! You have been warned! As any parent knows, children are bringers of germs and it is disgusting. This week, quite appropriately, given the absolute state of Sinead's hangover, the MILFs discuss the trauma of childhood illness and injury, from the perpetual snot of toddlerhood to the petri dish of school illnesses. If you have kids, they will get sick and in turn, because sharing is caring, you will get sick. Poor Dave gets slated a bit in this ep so I'd like to issue a formal apology. Dave, you're not a prick. But you could've assisted with the prawn sick fiasco. Sinead also mentions her dad's illnesses almost as much as she mentions her child's illnesses. We beg your forgiveness for the ungodly hangover you can literally hear in Sinead's voice, blame Käärïjä, the finnish eurovision entrance (who by the way was robbed. It's crazy, It's party). We say it every week, but thank you to everyone who listens to and/or enjoys our little pod baby. We love you guys!Give us a follow on any/all of the socials: Insta: @amateurmilfsocietyTikTok: @amateurmilfsocietyTwitter: @amateurmilfsoc

Episode 12: SHINE, JESUS, SHINE - Baby Groups

The MILFs are back this week after another impromptu hiatus. Between vomit ridden holidays (Rosie) and being on Death's Door (Sinead) we have been Going Through It. But we're back babyyyyyy, and this week we're talking about Baby Groups and socialising when you have little ones. It's the wild west out there guys, envision the cafeteria scene from mean girls except there's more poo and vom and muslins. Also, Sinead provides you all with MUSICAL INTERLUDES!! No content warnings this week, other than the usual warning that we are quite foul-mouthed. We say it every week, but thank you to everyone who listens to and/or enjoys our little pod baby. We love you guys!Give us a follow on any/all of the socials: Insta: @amateurmilfsocietyTikTok: @amateurmilfsocietyTwitter: @amateurmilfsoc

Episode 11: If You're Worried About It, You're Doing A Great Job - Mental Health Awareness Week Special

It's a heavy one this week lads. Yes, we're a week late because life has been getting in the way but this episode was recorded to be released on Mental Health Awareness Week - we know it was last week but it's the thought that counts!Join Sinead and Rosie as we TALK ABOUT OUR FEELINGS this week.
