Note sull'episodio
Who are you when there’s no one left to impress?
In this reflection, MIRROR asks you to examine the subtle performances that can become part of everyday life—the rehearsed words, carefully managed reactions, expectations, and versions of yourself you present to the world.
Not to judge them. Not even to change them yet.
Just to notice them.
What happens when you stop rehearsing? When you stop trying to get every interaction right? When the mask comes down for a moment—what remains?
🪞 Your 24-hour reflection: Notice the moments when you feel yourself performing. During a conversation. Before sending a text. Walking into a room. Trying to say the “right” thing.
When you catch it, simply name it:
“This is a performance.”
Don't correct it. Don't criticize it. Observe it.
Then return to one question:
Who am I without these performances?
