During his show Frank interviews TOP TIER Athletes and gives them a space to be themselves and share the mindset they've built to compete at the highest levels of athletics.

But Frank didn't always plan on growing up to be the host of his own podcast and radio show.

He comes from a Farming family here in the Central Valley. He grew up playing sports, and busted his tail to make the cut of a D1 football roster.

Frank had a college football career with Fresno State that ended with some nice hardware and a new football family.
