Ghosting the Group Chat: Screen-Sharing Our Breakdown of UNFRIENDED
Note sull'episodio
Join Katie and Mike in this week's episode of Ahh! You Scared Me, as they log on, video chat, and dive headfirst into the 2014 supernatural screen-life horror film, Unfriended. Directed by Leo Gabriadze and produced by Timur Bekmambetov, this found-footage style film unfolds entirely over a teenager's MacBook screen.
The duo breaks down the movie's unique pacing, the early 2010s technology nostalgia and the sheer terror of an untargeted spirit taking over a Skype group call. From digital footprints to gruesome, involuntary blender accidents, your hosts discuss the ultimate teenage nightmare of online bullying coming back from the dead to haunt you.
