I'm Starting a Podcast

Hello! Welcome to The AfterMath, a space where I let my midnight ramblings be recorded with the hopes that sharing my thoughts, will help someone else, process their stressors, how to use roleplay games to build community, decrease isolation, and discuss minority issues in healthy aging in the United States. My name is Tanya also known as TanyaLashea, game master for the Aging Journey Podcast, researcher in race inequities in aging, and big ole nerd.
