Micro Adventures (with kids!)

Alastair Humphries wrote a wonderful book called "Micro Adventures," and it had so many beautiful ideas for adventures in his locality outside of work hours. Most of those adventures didn't feel feasible for mom with small children or for family adventures, so we grasped his idea and decided to try to make it applicable for families. You can check out his book here, and also listen in to the 1000 Hours Outside Podcast that he joined here. We also mention - ASTC and AZA reciprocity My Active Child Hampton Roads

We share lots of our family traditions and memories growing up, as well as the ones we are trying to make now with our families. We will also be hosting a give away for a copy of the book, so stay tuned on our socials for more info there!
