We hear these a lot: "This is how it's always done", "It is what it is", "If it is not broken don't fix it", etc. We protect the status quo or the norms, sometimes unintentionally, at the cost of people's wellbeing. What if we are more open to new ideas? What if we are willing to hear feedback and criticism? What if we wake up our curious mind? When we open up, we create more space for something different, something new, something interesting, or something abundant.
