> The Ingredients:

 · 2 oz Bourbon

· 1 oz Honey Syrup (warm)

· 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

· 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

· Top with sparkling prosecco

· Instructions: Combine warm bourbon, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice with bitters in a shaker (no ice). Express lemon oils over the coupette and stir briefly. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and gently float prosecco over the back of a spoon to create a layered, sparkling finish. Garnish with a lemon twist and stir anise.
