Welcome to the program of "A Day in the Life." I'm Jared and on this 40 plus minute podcast, I take you through March's report of accessibility observations.

In no way am I saying that the ssystem is perfect, because you'll see that in February, I highlight issues with trains which I did not observe in March.

I want to hear from you, the listener. Especially if your trips are 90 percent or higher as defined by Metro's standards.

This means that the majority of trips must have things as perfect as possible. There is room for error, but 90 percent seems to be the baseline.

In March, 19 out of 38 trips had the requirements of being successful. That's a 50 percent success rate, about 40 percent failure and 10 percent of unknown value. This is because the data I'm observing could not be validated due to different fac ...
