A Day in the Life: The Accessibility Advisory Committee Agenda package
Welcome to the program, this is another edition of "A Day in the Life." On this edition of the podcast, we cover the AAC agenda package for the meeting that will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Instructions are already posted at the top of the AAC page and we explain why we made this change. We also explain again why we do not have video podcasting available. We record in audio, so having it converted to a video, I don't know what it'll do. I'lll be ignoring any future email about this topic unless we get something that indicates they'd like to have video podcasting. But it only works with apple. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through the website and or contact info through the podcast. Thanks for listening!

The Code of Conduct for Advisory Bodies podcast for A Day in the Life
Hello folks, welcome to another edition of the program. Today, we're going to talk at length about the Code of Conduct for Advisory Bodies. This is the document which was talked about during the June AAC meeting, as well as other committees once it passed through Consent at the board level. During the break, we built a specific Code of Conduct for Advisory bodies page which goes in to details on what this is, the item we didn't hear, and the Code itself. I am not a lawyer, and I don't intend to understand everything that may be in it, and some may not apply to the things I'm involved in, however, we read it and discuss it. Most should make sense, at least that is the hope. Thanks for listening, make it a great day!
The Accessibility Rider report for May 2026
The Accessibility Rider Report has been changed around, but we hope that this will be of use to people. If you see things differently while you ride, please contact me and let us discuss it. You can get a copy of this on our AAC page where you can find print and braille copies. Hope you enjoy!
The Accessibility report for Meetings attended April-June 2026
Hello gang, I've been delayed releasing stuff, but we're here. These delays were caused by technical issues which are now resolved. On this edition of the program, I talk about meetings that were attended between April 2026 and June 2026. For a full copy of the report, please go to the AAC page under board reports. I hope that you enjoy this program, we've got more coming. Have a great day.
A recap of the AAC meeting that took place on June 11, 2026
Hello gang, welcome to another podcast across "A Day in the Life." Today, we're going to cover the AAC meeting that took place for June 11, 2026 and lay the groundwork for the Code of Conduct for Advisory bodies discussion. As part of the AAC meeting, we actually discussed the code, and it was advised that the code be put in to the agenda package. PSAC is already doing this. The Jrn has created and finalized the web page for the Code of Conduct for Advisory Bodies (coca) web page so people can download the items in question. The following are available in alternate formats: The Board Agenda package (without attachments) The item that went through consent (item 21) in multiple formats including text the Code of Conduct for Advisory Bodies document itself We hope that the resource is of value, and references to the code in agenda packages will be pointed to this web page instead of transcribed again. Of course, if you have any questions, please contact me through the web site, and make it a great day!
