1. Do It All With Love.
Why I took a break from podcasting...and why I came back. Hope this finds whoever needs it xoxox
13. Peace Is Not the Absence of Chaos. It’s Knowing How to Handle It
After a few weeks off the podcast, I’m back with a little bit of a reality check… mostly for myself. Lately I realized that in trying way too hard to protect my peace, I actually started killing it. My life had slowly turned into a never-ending to-do list...routines, productivity, trying to do everything “right,” and putting pressure on myself to have all the answers. But the truth is, I don’t. And that realization forced me to rethink what peace actually means. In this episode, I talk about how “protecting your peace” can sometimes turn into avoiding discomfort, staying in your comfort zone, and trying to control everything around you. But real peace doesn’t come from everything going according to plan... it comes from resilience, emotional regulation, and trusting yourself to handle whatever life throws at you. I also share what snapped me out of the rut I was in: a spontaneous trip to New York, getting stuck there for three extra days, and a reminder that sometimes the most healing thing you can do is just have fun and let life surprise you a little. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like life has turned into one big checklist, this episode is your reminder that: Peace isn’t about eliminating chaos. It’s about learning how to handle it. In this episode we talk about: why “protecting your peace” can become a trap perfectionism and imposter syndrome in your 20s the difference between intuition and avoidance why doing hard things builds resilience getting out of your comfort zone and trying new experiences why a little spontaneity might actually be the missing piece. Welcome back to 20s Confidential: go to podcast for 20-somethings navigating self-love, growth, and JUST ENOUGH CHAOS.
12. What’s Meant for You Won’t Miss You...But You Can Miss It
With all the talk about fate, divine timing, manifestation, and luck... it's easy to forget about the part you actually play in creating your life. We hear “if it’s meant for you, it won’t miss you” all the time, but that mindset can become limiting when it turns into passivity. This conversation is about finding the balance between trusting the universe and taking responsibility for your goals, relationships, and personal growth. This episode breaks down when to take action, when to let go, and how to use intuition and discernment to tell the difference. We talk about mindset, abundance, confirmation bias, and why people who see themselves as lucky tend to attract more opportunities, while people stuck in scarcity tend to miss them. Perfect for anyone in their 20s navigating self-love, dating, career decisions, burnout, overthinking, and the pressure to “trust the process” while still wanting more out of life. If you’re into manifestation, personal development, feminine energy, mindset work, and becoming the best version of yourself without over-performing, this one’s for you. At the core, this episode is a reminder that life can’t meet you if you’re hiding. Opportunities don’t find people who never put themselves out there. You don’t have to force, chase, or overdo, but you do have to be available. Trusting fate doesn’t mean sitting back and waiting; it means showing up so what’s meant for you actually has the chance to find you.
11. Cute, but Self-Aware (Well...Trying)
We’ve talked a lot about glow-ups, standards, boundaries, and becoming your hottest self...but this episode dives into the part of self-growth that isn’t as glamorous, yet arguably matters the most: self-awareness. In this episode, we unpack what self-awareness actually is, why it’s both a blessing and a curse, and how it’s the foundation of real growth. From unconscious beliefs and toxic habits to emotional reactivity, self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, and the stories we make up about ourselves (and other people), this is an honest look at what happens when you stop living in default mode and start paying attention. We talk about why ignorance is tempting but costly, how patterns in your life always point back to you, and why you can’t heal what you refuse to acknowledge. This isn’t about perfection or overanalyzing every thought, it’s about learning how to ask better questions, take accountability without self-hate, and evolve without losing your sparkle. If you’re cute, self-aware, and still very much figuring it out... this one’s for you!
10. Life is Short. Do it HOT
I'm not gonna sit here and tell you looks don't matter. But I am here to tell you that being "hot" is more than just what meets the eye. This episode is about the fact that appearance and wanting to feel hot is real...and it's human. Feeling confident in your body and liking the way you look can absolutely make life better. In this episode, I’m talking about why being “hot” goes way deeper than your face, your body, or society’s beauty standards. Because the people who feel the hottest aren’t just attractive...they’re disciplined, self-respecting, and confident in who they are inside and out. Today we talk about: Why wanting to be hot doesn’t make you shallow—it makes you human How taking care of your appearance builds self-trust and momentum The difference between looking good and feeling grounded in yourself Why discipline, standards, and energy are just as attractive as looks How to define your own version of hot without letting society control it When you put effort into yourself (physically, mentally, emotionally) you start moving differently. Your confidence becomes quieter. Your standards rise. Your life feels easier. And yes, your looks improve too....but that’s just one piece of the glow-up. This isn’t about obsessing over how you look. It’s about respecting yourself enough to show up for yourself. You deserve to feel attractive. You deserve to feel proud of yourself. You deserve to enjoy your life. We only get one. Do it hot.
9. Do It for the Plot! (Without Ruining Your Life)
“Doing it for the plot” has become a defining phrase of our generation, but somewhere along the way, fun started getting confused with self-sabotage. In today’s episode of 20s Confidential, we’re unpacking what doing it for the plot actually means, how it can become toxic when taken too far, and how to find the balance between living fully and staying aligned with your goals. From all-discipline/no-fun to all-chaos/no-structure, I’ve lived on both extremes...and neither one works long-term. This episode is all about finding your middle ground, what I call selective chaos: allowing fun, spontaneity, and presence into your life without creating problems for your future self. We talk discipline vs. restriction, fun vs. distraction, why balance looks different for everyone, and how self-awareness is the key to building a life you actually enjoy. If you’re ambitious, growth-oriented, and tired of feeling like you have to choose between success and having fun, this one’s for you. Let’s do it for the plot...without ruining our lives.
8. How I Learned to Love Myself (Self-Love Is an Action)
Self-love is more than a feeling. It’s more than treating yourself. It’s what you do when no one’s watching. In this episode, I’m sharing the perspective shifts that taught me how to truly love myself, and how I continue to practice it as I grow into the person I’ve always wanted to be. We’re talking about why self-love is an action, not just a mindset, and how showing up for yourself physically and mentally builds real self-respect. From health, fitness, and discipline, to boundaries, standards, and choosing long-term peace over short-term comfort, this episode is about what self-love actually looks like. I also dive into letting go of comparison, learning not to take things personally, trusting that rejection is redirection (and protection), and forgiving past versions of yourself without identifying with your mistakes. If you’ve ever felt stuck, hard on yourself, or confused about what self-love really means, this conversation is for you. Because loving yourself isn’t about becoming perfect...it’s about choosing yourself consistently.
7. Your Standards Are the Hottest Thing About You
Being hot isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you treat yourself when no one is watching. In this episode, we’re talking about why high standards are the most attractive quality you can have, and why lowering them has never led to more love, respect, or fulfillment. We break down the three pillars of real standards (self-respect, self-discipline, and emotional honesty) and how the way you show up for yourself sets the tone for how others show up for you. From learning how to enforce boundaries without over-explaining, to understanding why loud standards often signal insecurity, this episode is about raising your standards quietly and living by them consistently. We also talk about common mistakes that keep people stuck, like confusing potential with behavior, overextending emotionally, and tolerating situations that slowly drain your peace. If you’ve ever felt disrespected, burnt out, or like you’re giving more than you’re getting, this conversation will help you reconnect with your self-worth and realign your standards with yourself, in dating, friendships, and everyday life. Consider this your reminder: being hot isn’t about asking for more. It’s about tolerating less. Your standards don’t make you difficult; they make you magnetic. When you stop negotiating with yourself, other people stop negotiating with you too. Welcome back to 20s Confidential.
6. If it's Not Serving You, it's Making You Ugly
As the new year gets closer, everyone starts talking about what they want to add. New goals. New habits. New routines. But what if the real glow up comes from what you’re willing to let go of? In this episode of 20s Confidential, we’re talking about why your energy is actually your most attractive quality, and how anything that drains it is quietly dimming your glow from the inside out. From toxic habits and misaligned relationships to self doubt, self abandonment, and trying to control outcomes that were never meant to be controlled, it all adds up. And yes, if it’s not serving you, it’s making you ugly. Energetically, emotionally, and eventually physically too. We get into how to tell what’s draining you by listening to your intuition, why stress and attachment keep you stuck, and how detachment is really just self love in action. We talk about choosing yourself, letting people misunderstand you, stopping the chase for clarity, and making space for things that actually want you back. This episode is your reminder that you don’t need to add more to become your best self. You just need to release what’s weighing you down. If it doesn’t bring you peace, energy, or alignment, it doesn’t deserve a spot in your next chapter. Here’s to cutting what drains you, protecting your energy, and walking into the new year glowing.
