Note sull'episodio
Every breakthrough in tech history came from someone who had less. Not more. The limitation that forces the invention.
Twitter's 140-character limit. The iPod's "1,000 songs in your pocket." The iPhone's no-keyboard design. The constraint wasn't the obstacle — it was the design brief. This principle applies to every 1PersonUnicorn building with limited time, money, and headcount. The constraint is not your problem. It is your most distinctive advantage, disguised.
— THE BUILD —
Name your three biggest constraints as a 1PU builder right now. Time. Money. Skills. Access. Whatever they are — write them down. Then, for each constraint, ask: what does this constraint force me to do differently? What system, what solution, what innovation does this constraint point toward that a well-resourced competitor would never discover?
One of those constraints is your biggest advantage — disguised as a limitation.
Don't skip this. Motivation fades by Tuesday. The BUILD happens today.
