World leaders and Venezuela related celebrities are reacting with offers and solidarity after two powerful earthquakes shook the South American nation on Wednesday, killing at least 164 people, injuring more than 1,000 and trapping many beneath collapsed buildings. There were also earthquakes reported in Japan and in California on Wednesday.
