There is a ton of analytical data you can look at and decipher as a business owner. You can go from social media post impressions to your profit and lost statement. There are numbers everywhere for you to try to figure out what they mean business wise for you. The more social media channels you have, the more you can help influence those numbers hopefully in your good favor. Sometimes the more interactions may not lead to more profit for your business.
