Our guest today is Maya Nguyen. Maya is the founder of Uncommon VT, a coffeeshop and roaster based in Essex, VT. We have followed Maya's career from afar, and have been inspired and encouraged by her journey to be becoming a champion for specialty Robusta. She brought Robusta to the world stage in the US Barista Championships, and ever since has advocated for more equity in this topic of "what we call quality."
