[ENG] Brittany Amell from Covoya Coffee, based in New Jersey

Our guest today is Brittany Amell. Britt is a green coffee trader for Covoya Specialty and a Q Grader. She also has some of the most real, genuine energy of anyone we've met - she is invested in understanding how we each contribute to a more equitable industry. Amaris met Britt through the Q course in 2020, and we briefly discuss how much has changed in that program since then.
