The 10 second shift: From numbing to becoming

What if everything could change in a moment… but only because of the work you did before it? In this episode, I sit down with Marina Beech, The Soul Alchemist, to explore a journey that so many women will quietly relate to - using alcohol to numb, disconnect, and escape… while knowing deep down there had to be more. Marina opens up about her 18-month initial healing journey - the layers, the resistance, the unraveling.... and the incredible 10-second shift that cleared the blocks she had been carrying for so long. But this didn’t just change her relationship with alcohol. It opened the door to something far deeper. For the past 9 years, Marina has been walking a spiritual path, working with powerful healing modalities and holding transformative spaces for others - guiding them to release what’s been stored, shift their energy, and come back home to themselves. This conversation goes beyond surface-level healing. We dive into the truth of transformation... mind, body, and soul.🫶😍 Because the shift might have taken seconds… but the becoming is a journey. If you’ve been numbing, avoiding, or feeling disconnected from who you are… this episode will awaken something within you. The woman you’re becoming is already there.
