As we step into the New Year, The DLOH is introducing Growth 2025 a mini-series during the month of January, designed to inspire fresh perspectives and equip our listeners with food for thought for a thriving year ahead. Today, we begin by addressing procrastination. We will explore what procrastination is, how it impacts our mental health and daily functioning, and why it happens. We will also share strategies to help us break free from the procrastination cycle.
