Temporada 6

Week 79 [Season 6, Episode 1 - Start of Part 7: Steel Ball Run]

Explícito
The two old bastards are at it again! We're 3 years older, and no years wiser, since the last time JoJo's Bizarre Adventure was on the air. Like a couple of unfrozen cavemen, we're thrust once again into Modern Pop Culture (based on a manga that started in the 1980s), as we pretend to understand that which frightens and confuses us. CORRECTIONS: When George was rambling about "Sagittarius," he meant Secretariat. When I mentioned "Winning Eleven," I meant Winning Post. Since recording, some more facts about Steven Steel have come to light, but those will have to wait for a future episode... Which might be several months from now. [Music used: Intro - "Born to Run" by Bruce Springsteen | Outro - "I Can't Stand Up for Falling Down" by Elvis Costello]

Week 80 [Season 6, Episode 2 / Kamen Rider Geats, Episode 40]

Explícito
The Two Old Dipshits are back again, for the next ten episodes of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure! We may be getting even older and even more demented, but we'll always be here for you, the humble listener, unless we have something more important going on in our lives. Or if we die. At this rate, it's very likely that one or both of us will be dead before Steel Ball Run is over! And I'm not just saying that because of my undiagnosed hypertension and borderline diabetes, or George's very-diagnosed Exploding Guts Syndrome. Did you know if he eats ice cream, all of his intestines burst out like a random goon from Fist of the North Star? It's true! But no, I say that because we've got FOUR YEARS of SBR ahead of us. I've done the math, and my calculations are infallible! I'm not sure why I get audited by the IRS so often... I included some primo Burger King coupons when I mailed in my return last year, but apparently they were ungrateful. Regardless, we're here for a new little chunk of JoJo, where I can't remember if the show I watched 30 minutes prior mentioned miles or kilometers, and George reveals that he doesn't even know what kilometers are. When we stopped recording, he told me to never mention the metric system again, and said that "we beat those Limeys in a war for a REASON" before logging off. He also pines for the days where we got 20+ terrible-looking episodes of TV per year, and then when confronted with The True Reality of that system, declares, "NO, NOT LIKE THAT!" [Music used: Intro -- "Mrs. Robinson" by Simon & Garfunkel | Outro -- "The Cactus Where Your Heart Should Be" by The Magnetic Fields] [Tokusatsu Roulette theme: "Go Down Gamblin'" by Blood, Sweat, & Tears]

Week 81 [Season 6, Episode 3 / Gridman: The Hyper Agent, Episode 26]

Explícito
We have two great episodes for you today, as we get an excellent blend of self-mutilation, autoerotic asphyxiation, and good ol' fashioned ethnic slurs. Johnny and Gyro encounter a family of Magneto-Freaks, while in Gridman, Computer-Satan tries to murder several children. Of course, the only way to battle him is by clickety-clacking at a keyboard that isn't attached to anything, and then shooting lasers at a monster that looks suspiciously similar to Anguirus. Maybe the real Gridman was inside all of us, all along. [Music used: Intro -- "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik" by Outkast | Outro -- "Roses" by Outkast] [Tokusatsu Roulette theme: "Go Down Gamblin'" by Blood, Sweat, & Tears] Next week's Toku Roulette selection: Return of Ultraman, Episode 39.
