Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen

Episode 10 is inspired by a message Danielle received from her amazingly supportive friend Crystal. The message sparked a reminder of a useful tool she uses to remain optimistic and hopeful, because the best truly is yet to come. Danielle reflects upon healing through grief as well as an insightful truth from her wonderful and wise friend Lidija. She shares a poignant observation from her counselor and champions therapy, as well as the importance of sharing challenging emotions with trusted family and friends.
