Dr. Ben Rein said in his book "Why Brains Need Friends" that division is the reason we fail to build connections.

But the real question becomes: Why do we even divide from each other in the first place? Is this a natural trait within us and there is no solution, or could there be a root to that problem?

Moreover, if we fight amongst each other and keep blaming one another, then we will never build healthy connections. So, the enemy is not you and me.

The enemy is someone who does not want to be revealed...
