If you aren’t in the right mindset you won’t play at your best! Here are some questions you can use to self-check: What are you thinking about yourself right now? What are you thinking about how you’re playing your game right now? How are you feeling about yourself right now? What were your thoughts before your shot? Did you believe it in your heart? Come up with other questions that help you get your mind in the right place. Take time to self-check yourself so you can continue performing at your best.
