Alejandro Valdez — known as Hondo — was running five businesses and working 80 hours a week. He was investing in properties, equipment, and employees, but the one thing he hadn't invested in was himself. That's where things started to change.

In this coaching spotlight, Hondo shares what led him to say yes to coaching — the burnout, the stress, and the fear of putting that kind of money into himself rather than into a business. He talks about what made this experience different from the masterminds and courses he'd been in before, the shift from working in his business to working on himself, and how getting crystal clear on his communication and expectations changed everything downstream — with his team, his properties, and his life.

Today Hondo is home six days a week with his four-year-old son, his businesses are running without him needing to be everywhere, and by his own account he's making more money than he was when he was working around the clock.

If you've been pouring everything into your business and wondering why it still feels like too much, this one is worth your time.
