Today we speak to Krystina who has two babes. Her first labor she goes through the bliss of a successful unmedicated vaginal labor with her midwives. Going on to talk about her second child, she encountered some complications while pregnant which ended in a cesarean. Krystina speaks about her trauma of having a birth not going to plan as well as postpartum breastfeeding and trauma. Krystina is a certified perinatal mental health therapist. She is a wealth of knowledge and shares how important it is to get help when you need it.
