You didn't decide one day to shrink God. You just built columns — faith over here, work over there, money, marriage, entertainment — and only one of them has His name on it. Then you wondered why God felt distant in the rooms you locked.

Pastor Tim Grandstaff closes a month in Psalm 23 with the verse most of us never finish. Along the way: a sheep found in Australia under ninety pounds of wool he could no longer walk under, what "goodness" and "mercy" actually mean in verse 6, and why the Hebrew says they aren't following you — they're chasing you.

A faith you keep in one column was never what Psalm 23 was offering.
