This week I'm celebrating 50 episodes of Resourced and Resourceful Leadership, and marking this milestone has me reflecting on what this whole experiment has been about. In this solo episode, I take you through the winding path that led me to a story credited to Thich Nhat Hanh, about a father and daughter in the circus who learn that taking care of themselves individually is actually what allows them to take care of each other. I share where I'm at in a particularly full season of life, taking on an interim executive director role, parenting, seeing clients, getting ready to travel, and how (and why) I'm practicing self-care in the middle of it,
