MIT Lab did a study on the use of Artificial Intelligence and how it impacts the brain in comparison to non AI users and the results were not shocking. Artificial Intelligence can decrease the level of creativity. So convenient as it may seem to have AI do the work, a creator is losing their creativity in the long run. Use ai as a tool (if necessary) not as a crutch.
