What You Never Knew About America | Shannon O'Dell

In this powerful Week 2 message of "The American Miracle" series, we uncover the untold story behind the Star-Spangled Banner and how America's founding documents — the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights — reveal a nation built on the Word of God.

From Francis Scott Key on a truce boat during the Battle of Fort McHenry, to the four direct mentions of God in the Declaration of Independence, this message challenges the myth that America's founding was secular — and calls the church to rise up as a moral voice for this generation.
