Busy, or busyness, in Chinese, it is 忙 (máng). 忙 is made of the radical for “heart” (on the left) and the word “death” or “dying“ (on the right). In Chinese, busy literally looks like "heart dying". When we are perpetually busy, our heart will lose its spark, and it will die out slowly. Lots of stress related diseases are also heart related. Being busy all the time is quite literally killing us slowly.

Let's all be less busy, do less, and just be sometimes. Give our body, mind, and heart a break.
