Crashing or Landing from the story of Asa 2 Chron 16

The last part of a three part sermon series on Flying with God, we looked at the pre-flight checks in episode 14.66 and we looked at Take-off and flight in 14.68. Asa and Judah are flying with God but something is still not right and Asa makes a terrible blunder while simply trying to solve an important issue for his people. The results are a break in healthy fellowship with God and ultimately a horrible death. Pre-Flight Checks 2 Chronicles 14
In this service excerpt and sermon from New Heights Fellowship Baptist Church of East Toledo Pastor Daniel Stevenson speaks from the life of Asa as laid out in chapter 14 of the book of 2 Chronicles. Asa was overall a good king even doing the things God would call good and right. However, as we will see je stopped short of success at least thus far because His understanding of seeking God was that seeking was essentially enough. It occurs that we get caught in the pre-flight checks and that we never quite get around to taking off.
