This is the eighth episode of the Bodcast. This month we are celebrating Women's History Month! In this episode, you will hear Ariel Smith, and Elizabeth Ngatia describe their experiences of being women. They will share their opinion on the month, the good and bad that comes with being a woman, how they find their strength, and much more.

Black Horror

This is the seventh episode of the Bodcast, Formerly known, as the yourWSGA podcast. This is the final BSU take-over episode, and we are grateful for their time! In this episode, you will hear from Michelle Sawyer and Chelsea Armstrong as they talk about Black Horror, They will talk about the history of Black Horror movies, horror movie characters, typical horror movie troupes, some Would You Rather Questions, and offer some important advice if you find yourself in a horror movie.

Colorism

This is the sixth episode of the Bodcast, Formerly known, as the yourWSGA Podcast. This is the first episode the BSU Podcast Takeover and we are very excited! In this episode you will hear from BSU members Philitia Smith, Emoya Davis and Michelle Sawyer talk about Colorism. Like the episode cover states, Colorism is "Prejudice or discrimination against individuals with a dark skin tone, typically among people of the same ethnic or racial group. They will share the history of colorism, their experiences, and give us an incite of what other racial groups may experience.

This is the fifth episode of The Bodcast. Formerly known, as the yourWSGA Podcast. In this episode you will hear from current We are F1rst President Savannah Rodriguez and current WU101 professor Dr. Jennifer Wiard, describe their experience being first generation. They share their experience in Highschool, first year in College, and describe struggles that continuing students may not realize.

Students Serving Students

This is the fourth episode of the yourWSGA podcast. Keeping the theme of last weeks episode, this one will be focused on WSGA. In this episode Diversity and Inclusion Director Dorantes breaks down what exactly WSGA is. They also interview current senators to get their experiences from being a part of the organization and what they hope to gain. She also interviews current Cabinet members who share their experiences and explain what this organization can do for Students.

This is the third episode of the yourWSGA Podcast. In this episode, we are switching things up a bit, by having a different host. Instead of Diversity and Inclusion Director Dorantes interviewing guests, Washburn's Director of Student Involvement and Development Isaiah Collier is leading the mic. In this episode, Megan Dorantes will describe her experience in WSGA, her upbringing, and her dreams for Washburn University.

Hispanic Heritage Month

This is the second episode of the yourWSGA podcast. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, this episode is focused on Hispanic culture, labels, struggles, and the meanings of this month for students. In this episode, Diversity and Inclusion Director Dorantes interviews fellow students and WSGA members, Senator Negron-Gonzalez and Vicechair Lopez-Hernandez. You will also hear from the Administrative Assistant of the Office of Student Involvement Angela Valdivia.

In this episode, the Vice-Chairwoman of the Allocations Committee Halee Molina interviews current students, Kailey Johnson, and Casandra Razo-Bravo. These ladies discuss womxn who have inspired them.
