The race for a seat on the North Carolina State Supreme Court continues after a legal challenge to the 4th Circuit by the challenger in the race Judge Jefferson Griffin who asked the court to throw out 60,000 ballots saying those were illegal. Sitting Supreme Court Justice Allison Riggs currently leads by more than 700 votes in the race. Earlier this week the 4th Circuit of the US Court of Appeals made their ruling.
