The Raleigh City Council is expected to vote on a proposed teen curfew September 15. Police say the curfew would improve safety, while opponents say there have been no similar teen takeovers since the July Fourth weekend. Dawn Blagrove is against the curfew. She joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss her opposition
