Bands of heavy rain crossed into central North Carolina on Thursday. It led to flash flood warnings, a closure on I-40 westbound in Orange County and numerous crashes. Nick Petro of the National Weather Service in Raleigh joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss how much rain came down across the area.
