Health officials are issuing a warning about the dangers surrounding lakes and ponds that are covered by ice. Over the weekend, two people had to be rescued from a frozen pond in Cary. Doctors want parents to emphasize to children that to never walk out on icy water. Doctor Christine Kenttel, a doctor at UNC Health, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the dangers of hypothermia.
