The Wake County Animal Center will temporarily close Friday, January 16, through March 2, 2026, for building repairs and maintenance. The Center will be closed for animal intake and adoptions. Meagan Frost, Wake County Outreach Manager, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the closure and what services will be interrupted.
