Paul develops the concept of God's sovereignty in Romans 9-11 more than any other biblical writer. How one views God's complete control over every detail in human history depends on one's view of God. Paul describes God as worthy of all glory and praise because of his infinite wealth, wisdom, and knowledge. Ultimately God's sovereignty is a comfort to the believer even if it is difficult to understand!
