Spencer graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and held senior positions in the Office of the Secretary at the Department of Labor and the Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C.

He has been a consultant and speaker for almost 50 years serving both public and private leadership on multiple continents in the areas of strategic effectiveness and interpersonal relationships.

He has four grown children and has walked the same path we have.
