Good morning. West Virginia. I'm Aaron Jolly.
That steady drumming on your roof overnight wasn't just your imagination. We picked up four-tenths of an inch of rain. And the ground is officially calling it quits. Central West Virginia is under a Flood Warning until 8:30 this morning. Creeks and streams are rising fast from Clarksburg down to Parkersburg. Turn around, don't drown — finding a different route is a lot better than ruining your day.
In the next 24 hours. Up in the Northern Panhandle, you're dealing with a double whammy. Dense fog is cutting visibility to a quarter mile or less through 11 A.M. Take it slow on the commute this morning.
