BallotPA is advocating for Open Primaries to ensure that all voters can participate fully in the state's election process. Meanwhile, the Electronic Payment Coalition is cautioning against the passage of HB 2394, arguing it will "completely disrupt" the state's electronic payment systems. Additionally, the PA Chamber is calling for reforms to the state's "uniquely harsh" treatment of net operating losses (NOLs) to promote economic growth and attract new businesses.
