For Hampton Roads and southeast Virginia, where visibility could drop to a quarter-mile or less. If you’re heading out early, slow down and flip on those headlights. This isn’t just mist, it’s soup. In But here’s twist, this fog is temporary. By late morning, the sun starts winning the battle. Western Virginia? You’re looking at 80 degrees today. That’s nearly 35 degrees above normal for early March. Central Virginia climbs to 77. And even Hampton Roads—still shaking off that coastal chill—hits 70. A stubborn marine layer keeps the coast cooler longer. The catch? A few pop-up showers or even a rumble of thunder could sneak into Western Virginia this afternoon, especially near the B ...
